1. Program description

Dino Auto Sales operates a conversational text-messaging program that lets you reach Dino Savaglio, a sales consultant at Kunes Ford of Delavan, and lets us respond to your questions and follow up on your vehicle search. This is a one-to-one customer-care and sales program — not a bulk or promotional broadcast list.

Dino uses an AI-powered assistant named Mara to help draft and send the first few messages of a conversation. Mara identifies herself as Dino’s AI assistant, and a real member of the team oversees the conversation. You can reach a person anytime by calling (262) 455-8480.

3. How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages from us when you:

• Submit the contact form on this website and check the SMS consent box, which reads: “I agree to receive SMS messages from Dino Savaglio at Kunes Ford of Delavan. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Frequency varies.” The box is unchecked by default and is optional; or
• Send a text message to our number first; or
• Give your mobile number to Dino in person or by phone and tell us you agree to receive text messages.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any vehicle, product, or service.

4. What you can expect to receive

• Replies to questions you ask about inventory, financing, or trade-ins
• Discovery questions about what you drive and what you’re looking for
• Appointment proposals, reminders, and confirmations
• Occasional follow-ups if a conversation stalls — at most three, spaced over roughly 90 days

We do not send third-party offers, affiliate promotions, or messages from any business other than Dino at Kunes Ford of Delavan.

5. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on how you interact with us. Most conversations involve a handful of messages. You will not receive bulk or broadcast SMS from this program.

6. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your wireless carrier may, based on your plan.

7. Opting out — reply STOP

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You may also use UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or END. We will send a single confirmation message and then stop texting that number. To opt back in later, reply START or text us again.

9. Carriers and delivery

Compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

11. Eligibility and consent

By participating, you confirm that:

• You are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or are authorized to consent on the account holder’s behalf.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You agree to receive text messages from Dino Savaglio at Kunes Ford of Delavan on the terms above.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL, and the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change.
